MHCA Receives 2019 Garden Grant

Students who grow veggies, eat veggies, so school gardens can make a big difference!

Whole Kids Foundation has selected MARY HELP OF CHRISTIANS ACADEMY for a $2,000 grant! This year Whole Kids Foundation awarded 600 grants from over 900 applications and we are so excited that our own Gardening / Farm to Table program is among them.

Through Whole Kids Foundation Garden Grant program, schools and non-profit organizations turn outdoor spaces into powerful hands-on learning gardens that connect students with food, spark their curiosity and support classroom curriculum.

We can’t wait to see how this program further supports having healthier students!
