Our Culinary Arts 1 and 2 classes along with our 8th grade Culinary Arts students and weekly Cookie Club members all participated in the creation of this years gingerbread project, which took about 3 weeks from concept to completion.
Designing the model, making several pounds of gingerbread using over 120 cups of flour, rolling out panel after panel, carefully cutting each piece then baking. Pouring 88 melted sugar windows
Finally piping, lighting the carefully assembling resulted in a show piece far exceeding expectations.
